This book is a godsend. It's a quick read and easy to understand. I made the changes she suggested in her book regarding diet. Also, I purchased the green food supplement. Well, my daughter no longer has to take medication for bipolar disorder. It's amazing what a little green can do!

A Must Read
I have never written a review before but feel a strong need to express how wonderful this book is. As a mother of 4 kids ages 2 to 9, 3 of which have adhd, along with my 9yr old also having asperters, my 8yr old having odd and displacment disorder and myself having adhd and borderline personality disorder, this book has been a light at the end of my very long dark tunnel.
I have read numerous books and done months of research and nothing has been as helpful as this book. As any parent who has a child with a learning disabiltily quickly learns the public school system simply doesn't care and teachers do not want to have to put in any extra effort to make sure the special needs of these children are meet and would rather sit them in corner of classroom and ignore them rather than help them. Yes I have had teachers who sat my child off by himself away from rest of class because she didnt want to deal with him, as well as schools putting off getting them into special classes and...
