Katrina has written a truly inspirational road map for those of us who suffer from lyme or indeed from all chronic disease. I was diagnosed and misdiagnosed many times with many different illnesses including the famous old "it's all in your head" syndrome, nothing that the right antidepressant won't fix. It was not until I began to take responsibility for my own health that my recovery began. I wish had read this book first. It is a roadmap and a guide through the minefield of chronic disease.
