I was so excited when I ordered this book but when it arrived I was turned off by the wimpy look. I decided to have confidence in the book and give it a try but boy was I wrong. This book reads like an infomercial and the author doesn't write well. Even after reading this disaster I thought I would follow the program. First off the diet is unrealistic and the average person could never adjust to this way of eating. Any diet that restricts fruits and vegetables is not a healthy one. At this price you are wasting your money. There are many treatments that are out there to control your eczema. The author also recommends his way of how to use the restroom. I should have not fallen for "The Miracle Cure" that this book portrays. This book should be renamed "Snake Oil". I ask the author where is the scientific data that backs up his claim that people were healed?

Great book! If you suffer from eczema you need to get it!!!
I have had eczema since I was about 13. Mostly flaky skin on my face. Nasty, but bearable. Recently, I developed discoid eczema. Small, red patches on my arms and a little on my legs that was terribly itchy, ugly and embarassing. And it was quickly spreading. I woke up one night scratching and desperate.
I did an internet search and discovered this little book. Yes, it it expensive for only 33 pages, but as a bookseller I recognize something that is self-published and that's probably why the high price. Anyway other books I have read on eczema only told you how to CONTROL this thing. Young tells you how to CURE IT!! Big difference.
Mark Young shares briefly about his eczema and how it was cured. Than he tells you what CAUSES excema and how to cure yours. His explanation makes a great deal of sense. And you learn that in an August 2006 experiment 126 participants out of 128 were PERMANENTLY CURED of their eczema.
