Wow! This book was more than I expected. I have to say that it is one of those life-changing types of book. Quite frankly, I've never been fond of living in the cities, and after reading this book, I have one more reason to stay away from these "polluted cities".
It's quite revealing to learn how the air can make us sick. Recently, my daughter had a serious eczema flare-up (really itchy skin with rashes) and I had to rush her to the dermatologist.
