Turns out there is hope after all
Having already bought one other book (Permanently Beat Yeast Infection & Candida) by the same author, I knew I'd be getting a simple and straight to the point book with this one so no surprises there. What was a little surprising was how quickly I was able to start seeing the benefit from the advice, techniques and lifestyle changes in the book.
The book is clearly laid out and has obviously been written by an actual writer, as opposed to some of the illiterate rubbish I've come across in some of the other kindle books I tried on the topic before this one. A couple of them seemed to have been written by people for whom English clearly isn't even their first language... quite how they all have so many positive and misleading reviews I'll never know!
Anyway, I'm getting away from my point, which is that I haven't...
Not just for women
I held off on sharing this review as I was waiting to see if the results I'd experienced would last -- and so far, they have. It was suggested that I read this book by my wife as her friend had recommended to it to her. As a man suffering UTIs with increasing frequency and with seemingly no explanation I was quite frustrated with the whole situation and seemingly never ending cycle of infection > antibiotics > 3-4 weeks peace > infection >ad naseum. The first time I got one my wife actually asked me whether I'd been fooling around and after the second and third time of it happening and me not being able to explain it, things were becoming strained at home. I actually had to get my doctor to sit her down and explain what it was and what it certainly wasn't although he couldn't offer an explanation as to why. Now, however, I know that the reason for the first one was a combination of numerous courses of antibiotics for a couple of unrelated conditions, stress and diet. The antibiotics...
