I bought part I of the Kindle first and had to have my own soft cover version of the book. If you're only doing kindle, you must get all three parts to get a hold on your emotional eating. I can't say enough good things about this book. I'm in my late 30's and finally tipped the scales at over 300 lbs 2 years ago. I got so depressed I couldn't even think about sleeping with my husband. I thought I was fat and disgusting. Even when he assured me that I was not gross and that he still loved me, I could not get past it.

I've been heavy my whole life but I always assumed I would change someday. I think me facing 40 years old and passing the 300lbs mark just crippled my self-confidence. I actually started binge eating after that...It almost started feeling good to hate myself as I would down an entire large pizza on my own. When I was finished I would beat myself up for doing it!

It's so weird to think about that person I had become now. Kuhn's book is so positive...
