This is old raw food testimony. Eat whole raw fruits and veggies and smoothies and distilled water and stop eating everything else and you will have tremendous healing. That's a fact you will. It worked for me but the writing in this book is amateur, which is why I give it 2 stars. Read the Gershon Method if you want more information. This book goes into the authors personal religious ideals as well which kind of annoyed me, like he was being preachy about habits like watching TV and using the internet. Whatever. If I want to do yoga and meditate I'll decide to do it on my own, I don't need an author to tell me how to live.
