Most Underlined Buyer Review : A Life Saver....
After years of going to various doctors, NP's, dieting and reading/researching tons of books and blogs on health, nutrition, dieting and alternative health trying to help/heal my hypothyroid (which later turned hashimotos after a long stint on low carb), thankfully I came across Matt Stone. Reading this book helped me get my mental AND physical health back. I have a long road ahead of me for complete healing and I accept that. But I was already feeling exactly what Matt has written about here, so his words resonated with me deeply. I read this book a few months ago, then read his newest book "Eat For Heat" this last week, which prompted me to RE-read "Diet Recovery" and I got so much more out of it this 2nd time around. While I know he's looking to make some updates to this book, I still think it would be beneficial to anyone who has found themselves caught up in any of the Dogmatic Diet Religious Movements (Paleo, Atkins/Low Carb, Vegan, Raw, 80/10/10, Low Fat etc.) and be reminded...
