Most Underlined Buyer Review : You get what you pay for
I was really excited when I saw this book, especially for the bargain price of $0.99. I've read and successfully done the South Beach Diet in the past. Having slipped off of that, I was looking for some new ideas and recipes. Well, the gist of the book can be written in a paragraph, with a simple rule for living that bad carbs are bad, good carbs are good, and count your portions. Voila.

It was a short, fast read. If you'd like to know his "secret" and guideline, go search the web; I'm sure you will find it published elsewhere. Or you can spend the $0.99 and read it here. From that perspective, I guess it was worth it since it saved me the time.

If you would like recipes and ideas for meals following those guidelines, this is not the book.

Good Read!
I found this book to be very informational and easy to read on Kindle. Jorge explains why it has been so hard for me to lose weight on the traditional "Low Cal/Low Fat" diet. Sugar made sense! I haven't dropped as much weight as he describes in the book, but once I cut the sugar out I no longer crave it AND I FEEL better. My activity level is not great so I am sure once I kick that up a notch the weight will melt off.


This book is very similar to the first one.
This book didn't really tell me anything different than the first one. It has a lot of stories from people who were successful using this lifestyle plan. That didnt interest me. If you didnt read the first one, then it will be helpful.
