Most Underlined Buyer Review : Don't Buy This ...unless you want another Eat For Your Blood Type book!
I should have noticed there were no reviews for this book and NOT bought it. It will make a great doggie chew toy. If I wanted a list of 'foods to eat according to my blood type' book, I would have bought one. I feel this book is just a way to rake in $17.00 for paperback and $36.00 for hardcover. It is a waste of money and I wish I could get mine back! It contains lists of foods for each blood type a, ab, b, and o (that's it). Helpful for some, but not for me. I wish they had NO Stars for the rating!

This was a great book. It made me realize how important diet is to the healing of psoriasis.

This has been a great book . I bought it for my daughter who suffers from psoriasis. She follows the diet and has not had a break out since. If she starts to have a patch she follows the diet for break outs and it goes away. I have recomended this book to many people and it has helped so many. thank you , thank you.
