I have suffered from Psoriasis since my mid-teens. Living with such a visible disease has had a hugely negative implication on all aspects of my life. The ongoing embarrassment, especially in my younger years has had a significant impact on my self-esteem resulting in difficulty separating my self-worth with my disease. I've spent thousands of dollars testing treatments and looking for a cure. The disappointment every time I fail is so disheartening. Got some new ideas
I hate my psoriasis, it itches like crazy, hurts and looks nasty. This gave me some new ideas. If you also suffer from psoriasis, try mineral oil in the shower. Just be careful, it is very slick. Good luck!
