This was a great book for me to read and implement. I've been dieting for a while, and have hit a period when i can no longer easily drop kilos. I'm down 10kg, but need to lose another 20kg, so I've still got a fair way to go, and needed a new approach. So this book offers a fantastic guide to losing the last 20kgs, with recipes, this is amazing!!!

It explains the fat placement around our waist, and then shows how we can get this last fat deposits from our waist once and for all! I love the meal planners, the exercise suggestions, the idea of eat less more often, this is a perfect scenario for me to embrace to finally finish my weight loss journey, which I've been collecting for over 20yrs!!

I recommend this book if you want a healthy weight loss plan, with good long term results, not quick tacky diets, that never work in the long run.
