Well, after doing a lot of research and reviewing the reviews here and elsewhere, I chose to buy Fast Tract Digestion Heartburn. Though I 'd have preferred a better guarantee, I chose the attributes were attractive enough to attempt it. It is a bunch of cash to discard if it falls short simply after the guarantee. I am completely in love with this product. It is high quality item, clever attributes. I simply got it today, and I will update my testimonial later on if needed.

Most Underlined Buyer Review : Substantial Relief in GERD Management.
Last December I started Dr. Robillard's low-carb approach after reading his first book, "Heartburn Cured." At that point I was pretty frustrated and down after months of nasty heartburn and proton pump inhibitors which gave me rashes and left my stomach constantly bloated. I'd had to give up distance running because it was too painful running with heartburn, and I was refluxing into my throat during long runs. I had tried several drug-free approaches, including the Ph/acid balance approach, with no success. Within three days of the low-carb diet (I started at 25 - 30 grams per day for a week), I felt significantly better. Within a week I slowly started running again. This past Sunday, eight months later, I completed a grueling 35 mile mountainous course feeling strong and eating energy bars I made inspired by some of the ingredients in Dr. Robillard's new book, "Fast Track Digestion." I feel like Dr. Robillard's approach to digestion issues as outlined in his books has given me...

Highly illuminating
As a primal and paleo disciple, gut health has always been one of those things on my radar that I would get to "one day".

I picked up this book from a friend's recommendation and was really pleased with what I found. This seems likely a very nice flexible approach to allow people to eat the foods they enjoy most yet heal their various gut issues. It does not try to pretend to be a paleo book, it is strictly a gut health book and it is a great book on the subject.

The author clearly has abundant professional experience in gut micro flora and that is what really makes this book pay off. I now "get" SIBO, GERD, etc... and it's now patently obvious why doctors recommending high fiber diets seem to only make things worse for people with these conditions. I now understand why jasmine rice is easy for me to digest, yet basmati rice always gives me heart burn hours later...

The author even provides a tested formula to determine the gut disrupting potential...

Finally, relief from chronic reflux
I bought this book about two weeks ago, and Norm Robillard's theory seemed to make a lot of sense---more than any other reflux treatment I'd read about or tried. Following the basic guidelines of his recommended diet, I've stayed away from lactose, fructose, starches and fiber, and I've had no episodes of reflux and I feel more energetic. I've been suffering from terrible GERD for about two years. A GI doctor put me on Nexium, which I suffered through for a year before finally getting myself off it. This PPI only made my condition worse and didn't stop the LPR and chronic stomach pain I was experiencing. Then, I went without medication for several months, but had periodic bouts of stomach pain, heartburn, and nighttime LPR. After two weeks on Norm's diet, I'm convinced that the source of my GERD is lactose, fructose and hard-to-digest starches and fibers. Why don't gastroenterologists know about this? Try it out. Read the book.
