A great book that feels like you are having a conversation with Craig. It is so helpful if you have diabetes, but also if you have loved ones that have diabetes. It gives someone just starting out a base to start from and very practical suggestions. I have already given a copy to my mother-in-law and giving one to my pastor because I want him to take care of himself.
